soybeans are a traditional part of diets in China, Japan and Korea and are currently grown in countries
across the world including Brazil, Argentina, India, Paraguay, Canada, and the United States. At
present, the United States plants and produces more soybeans than any other country in the world
approximately 83 million metric tons grown on 75 million acres of land. However, nearly 99% of all soybeans grown in the U.S.
are processed for production of soil meal (to be used in animal feed) and soy oil. In countries where
soybeans are consumed in whole food form rather than undergoing processing into meal and oil, these legumes often serve as an important and relatively inexpensive source of protein..
Fruits from brazil ,The reason fruit juices are such culprits is because they contain very less fibre and more sugar which do
more harm than good. Susan Jebb, head of diet and obesity research at the Medical Research Council's Human Nutrition
Research unit in Cambridge, says she did not see juice as a healthy option. 'Fruit juice isn't the same as intact fruit and
it has got as much sugar as many classical sugar drinks. It is also absorbed very fast so by the time it gets to your stomach your body doesn't know whether it's Coca-Cola or orange juice,
Everyone recognizes a roasted coffee bean but unless you have lived or traveled in a coffee growing country,
you might not recognize an actual coffee tree. Pruned short in cultivation, but capable of growing more than 30 feet high,
a coffee tree is covered with dark-green, waxy leaves growing opposite each other in pairs. Coffee
cherries grow along the tree's branches. It takes nearly a year for a cherry to mature after the flowering of the fragrant
, white blossoms. Because it grows in a continuous cycle, it is not unusual to see flowers, green fruit and ripe fruit simultaneously on a single tree.
The trees can live as long as 20 - 30 years and are capable of growing in a wide range of climates, as
long as there is no harsh fluctuation in temperature. Optimally, they prefer a rich soil and mild temperatures, with frequent rain and shaded sun.

There are two types of cattle traded at the CME: Live cattle and feeder cattle, so we have to diferentiate the two.
Live cattle are considered cattle from the calf stage to the point when they reach about 600 to 800, which takes about six to ten months.
At this point, they are transfered to feedlots and they will be considered feeder cattle at this point. They remain on
the feedlots for about another five months where they will put on about another 500 pounds. Here, they meet their fate and become slaughtered.
The average slaughter weight is about 1,250 pounds and a dressed carcass weight is about 750 pounds.

Corn has gathered a diverse reputation in Brazil For some people, corn is a "staple" food that provides
the foundation for tortillas, burritos, or polenta. For others, corn is a "snack" food that comes in the form of popcorn and corn chips
For still others, corn is a "special summertime food" that is essential at barbecues and cookouts. But regardless of its reputation,
corn is seldom considered in the U.S. as a unique source of health benefits. Yet that's exactly what research results are telling us about this amazing grain.
